APPOINTMENT POLICY
1.) Schedule Cancelations: All last minute schedule cancelations must be made by 9am the day of service or you will be charged for the services scheduled for that day. All credits are automatically applied to future invoices or may be returned to the credit card.
2.) Schedule requests can be entered through your online account by logging in and scheduling up to two days in advance of the date of service. You may also email us.
3.) Schedule Additions: All last minute schedule additions (meaning within two days of date of service) must be sent via email or called in. We cannot guarantee we can fill last minute requests, however, we almost always can accommodate you.
4.) Evenings/Weekends: We're happy to accomodate an evening/weekend dog walk or pet visit. However, we're not so good with last minute requests, but will do our best. Weekday evenings after 5pm and weekend visits are subject to an additional $2.00.
5.) Holidays: We are at your service 365 days per year. We recommend you book with us for any holidays as soon as possible--we book up quickly. If you are on a recurring schedule, we assume you need us on a holiday, unless discussed otherwise. Please note, for holidays you will be charged our holiday rate. 6.) Recurring schedules: These are automatically created in our system two weeks in advance and will be sent as an invoice to the email address in your account. It is helpful if you let us know of any known dates you won't need us so we may adjust them in our system. If you would prefer, you may also go into the system and update your own invoice at this time.
7.) Timeframes: All visits are scheduled within two-hour timeframes. This provides our dog walkers and pet sitters a slightly flexible schedule so that they may deal with any unexpected happenings during the day (such as potty training messes, etc) and still visit all pets on a timely basis. For example, 12pm-2pm, 1pm-3pm, 2pm-4pm, etc...
